Theo Waterproof Backing Board: The structure is designed with three layers of composite boards.
The middle layer uses environmentally friendly XPS extruded board with high compression resistance, high strength, corrosion resistance and low thermal conductivity as the base material (high-density polystyrene resin synthetic material).
First, the glass fiber mesh is evenly wrapped on the XPS board, and then the Theo special mortar is evenly wrapped on the core material and the glass fiber mesh to make them firmly bonded. Special composite boards are produced through scientific formulas and process, so that the boards have comprehensive properties such as high compression resistance, flexural resistance, waterproofness, corrosion resistance, low thermal conductivity, and strong bonding.
