Our Theo waterproof backer board is a high-performance composite material with multiple superior performances. First of all, the dense closed-cell structure achieves excellent waterproof and moisture-proof effect to prevent condensation and mildew. Secondly, the XPS core features low thermal conductivity, realizing constant indoor temperature and energy saving. Thirdly, the dense material structure can isolate external noise and create a quiet living environment. In terms of safety, the middle XPS layer is B1 grade fire retardant material, which will not produce open flame at high temperature above 100°C. The double-sided fiberglass mesh and special mortar enhance compression and bending resistance.
