EPS Sandwich Lightweight Wall Panel Installation Guide
1 Pre-planning: Draw the thickness line of the EPS sandwich lightweight wallboard on the ground where the EPS sandwich lightweight wallboard is to be installed. According to your actual needs, transport the EPS sandwich lightweight wallboard to the location.
2 Cutting: Cut the standard size EPS sandwich lightweight wallboard according to your actual needs. You can use a portable cutter or hand saw to adjust the width and length of the EPS sandwich lightweight wallboard until it is suitable for installation.
3 Use mortar: First wet the connection groove of the EPS sandwich lightweight wallboard with clean water, and then use the connection mortar to fill the connection groove.
4 Install EPS sandwich lightweight wallboard: Transport the EPS sandwich lightweight wallboard processed in the previous step to the installation location, align it with the pre-drawn line and assemble it. Use a crowbar to reduce the gap between the EPS sandwich lightweight wallboards so that the EPS sandwich lightweight wallboard is installed in place. The excess connection mortar will be squeezed out of the connection groove. Finally, use a wooden wedge to temporarily fix it.
5 Correction/fixation: Use a ruler of two meters or more to check the E The verticality and flatness of the PS sandwich wall are checked and fixed with connecting steel bars and construction glue after passing the inspection.
6 Supplementing the connecting mortar: For the installed EPS sandwich lightweight wall, the upper and lower joints and the joints between the EPS sandwich lightweight wall panels should be supplemented with special connecting mortar. After pulling out the temporarily fixed wooden wedges, the gaps caused by the wooden wedges should be filled with connecting mortar.
7 Pasting anti-crack tape: After cleaning the joints between the EPS sandwich lightweight wall panels, use white latex to paste the anti-crack tape or hang a mesh cloth.
8 Grooving/pre-buried wire pipes: Pre-buried wire pipes, switch boxes, etc. For EPS sandwich lightweight energy-saving wall panels, you can use a portable saw to groove, and use mortar to smooth the wire grooves after the wire pipes are installed.
9 Installing door/window frames: Reserve the installation position of doors/windows on the constructed EPS lightweight wall panels, and use plywood lines to anchor the door/window frames.
10 Wall decoration: There is no need to plaster on the installed EPS lightweight wall panels. You can paste tiles or other decorative panels, paint or paste wallpaper at will.
