Efficient equipment operation
The automation degree of the production line improves the work efficiency. The equipment is equipped with an integral board palletizing system, which solves the traditional manual board, reduces the breakage rate of products, and improves the production capacity.
The production line uses a sealed pumping system equipped with a double-station grouting gun, which provides fast grouting speed and high density, and makes the material bond more tightly.

EPS Lightweight composite wall board
It is a lightweight, energy-saving and environmentally friendly composite board formed by using thin fiber cement board or calcium silicate board as a panel and filling polymer cement, polystyrene foam particles, fly ash and other lightweight core materials in the middle.
Core strengths
Fireproof-1000℃ can continue to burn for 4 hours, national A1 standard.
Non-absorbent -Soak for a long time and still retain their weight.
Heat insulation-Indoor thermostatic maintenance 22℃
Strong hanging force-single point can be bearing 50kg
